The Postnatal Body
A two part workshop to explain the principles of Postnatal exercise and make sure that you know exactly what exercises to do, why and how to do them correctly and effectively. Suitable from 6 weeks after giving birth (10 weeks after a c-section), mothers with older babies or children who didn't get the time to address their recovery and would like to do so now, are very very welcome too!
Places are limited to four participants so that you get the individual attention necessary to ensure you really know what you are doing and plenty of time to have any questions answered. A booklet with anatomical and exercise information is included as well as exercise sheets to help you record your progress. Non crawling babies are very welcome to join you.
